Hosted in a shared Nashville Airbnb, The Nashville Retreat is part creative retreat, part slumber party, and part real-life community moment for photographers, artists, models, makers, writers, small business owners, and creative women craving connection beyond the screen.

Think coffee in the kitchen, cozy pajamas, honest conversations, styled content moments, headshots, shared meals, late-night laughs, and the kind of community that reminds you that you were never meant to build alone.

This retreat is open to creative women ages 21 and older, whether you are currently a She Shoots Society member or brand new to She Shoots.

Society members receive early access to tickets before they open to the public. Monthly Society members may use their personal Society discount code for 10% off their retreat ticket, and Annual Society members may use their personal Society discount code for 20% off their retreat ticket.

Deposit & Payment Options

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot if you are not paying in full at checkout. The remaining balance may be paid in full, split into a She Shoots monthly payment plan, or paid using a third-party payment provider such as Afterpay or Klarna, if available at checkout. Final balances owed directly to She Shoots must be paid in full by March 24, 2027 to keep your spot.

Option 1: Pay in Full

Pay your retreat ticket in full at checkout and be fully set for the retreat.

Option 2: Afterpay, Klarna, or Third-Party Payment Provider

Afterpay and Klarna are accepted, if available at checkout. When you use Afterpay, Klarna, or another third-party payment provider, your retreat ticket is considered paid in full to She Shoots at the time of purchase. Your remaining payment arrangement is then made directly between you and the third-party provider.

She Shoots does not manage, adjust, pause, refund, or control third-party payment schedules, approvals, late fees, payment issues, or repayment terms. Any questions about your Afterpay, Klarna, or third-party payment schedule must be handled directly with that provider.

Using Afterpay, Klarna, or another third-party payment provider does not change the retreat cancellation, refund, transfer, guest, or attendance policies.

Option 3: She Shoots Monthly Payment Plan

Split your remaining balance into monthly payments leading up to the retreat. Payment plans are offered as a courtesy to make the retreat more accessible. By choosing a She Shoots payment plan, you are committing to the full ticket balance.

All payment plan payments must be made on time. Missed or late payments may result in the loss of your spot, and payments already made may be forfeited.

All balances owed directly to She Shoots must be paid in full by March 24, 2027 to keep your spot.

Minimum Attendance & Retreat Confirmation

Because this is an intimate retreat hosted in a shared Airbnb, the retreat requires a minimum number of confirmed attendees in order to move forward.

A minimum of 6 paid attendees is required to officially confirm the retreat and secure the final Airbnb.

Deposits may open before the final Airbnb is booked. Once the minimum attendee requirement has been met, She Shoots will secure the retreat lodging and send confirmed attendees additional details.

The retreat is not officially confirmed until the minimum attendee requirement is met.

If the minimum number of attendees is not met by [INSERT GO/NO-GO DATE], She Shoots reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or adjust the retreat experience. If She Shoots cancels the retreat due to low enrollment, deposits and payments made directly to She Shoots toward the retreat will be refunded.

If the retreat is confirmed and an attendee chooses to cancel, withdraw, stop payments, or is unable to attend for any reason, deposits and payments already made are non-refundable because lodging, food, supplies, planning, and retreat expenses are secured in advance.

What’s Not Included

The following are not included in your ticket:

• Travel to and from Nashville

• Transportation during the retreat

• Alcohol

• Toiletries

• Personal shopping

• Additional meals outside of what is listed

• Extra guests, partners, spouses, children, or pets

Important Details

1. This is a 21+ women-only retreat.

2. Extra guests are not permitted. This includes partners, spouses, friends who are not ticketed attendees, children, and pets.

3. Only approved, ticketed retreat attendees may attend the retreat or stay at the retreat property.

4. This is an intimate shared retreat-style stay. Rooms and beds will be assigned based on booking order, accessibility needs, ticket type, and the layout of the Airbnb selected.

5. Shared room tickets may include sharing a bedroom and/or sleeping space with other attendees.

6. Private room tickets are extremely limited and based on availability.

7. Deposits are non-refundable because lodging and retreat expenses must be secured in advance.

8. If you choose a She Shoots payment plan, all payments must be made on time. Missed payments may result in the loss of your spot.

9. This retreat is intentionally limited to keep the experience cozy, personal, and meaningful.

10. Trained service dogs are permitted in accordance with applicable laws. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing and allowed by the property.

You do not have to be established to belong here. You do not have to have it all figured out. You do not have to arrive as the most confident, successful, polished version of yourself.

You just have to come as you are.

This is not a conference. This is not a networking event where you have to perform. This is a weekend to be human, inspired, encouraged, and reminded that your work matters.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All retreat deposits are non-refundable unless She Shoots cancels the retreat due to low enrollment or another reason initiated by She Shoots. Because retreat expenses are planned and secured in advance, payments made toward your ticket are non-refundable if you cancel, withdraw, stop making payments, or are unable to attend for any reason. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows, missed activities, travel delays, illness, personal scheduling conflicts, childcare issues, or failure to complete payment by the final deadline. If She Shoots cancels the retreat due to low enrollment before the retreat is officially confirmed, deposits and payments made directly to She Shoots toward the retreat will be refunded. If you purchased using Afterpay, Klarna, or another third-party payment provider, any refund process, repayment issue, or payment schedule must follow that provider’s policies and terms.

Transfer Policy

Retreat tickets may not be resold publicly or transferred without written approval from She Shoots. If you can no longer attend, you may contact She Shoots to see if your spot can be transferred to someone on the waitlist. Transfers are not guaranteed and must be approved in writing. Deposits remain non-refundable even if your spot is transferred. If your spot is successfully filled by another attendee, She Shoots may, at its discretion, apply part of your paid balance toward a future She Shoots offer or retreat. This is not guaranteed.

Guest Policy

This is a 21+ women-only retreat. Extra guests are not permitted at the retreat, inside the Airbnb, or at retreat activities.

This includes:

• Partners

• Spouses

• Significant others

• Friends who are not ticketed attendees

• Children

• Babies

• Pets

Only approved, ticketed attendees may attend or stay at the retreat property. Trained service dogs are permitted in accordance with applicable laws. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing and allowed by the property.
