If chosen, we will reach out via DM, guide you through the next steps, and let you know what we need from you.

No. You can DM us on Instagram or comment on our pinned Facebook submission post to let us know you’d like to submit, but all final submissions must be completed through the official link we send you.

If your form was submitted successfully, you should receive a confirmation or follow-up email from us.

Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first. If you still don’t see anything, send us a message with the name and email used on your submission form, and we’ll be happy to check for you.

Not every submission is guaranteed publication. However, if you received a message from us with the official submission form link, that means you have been selected for that issue.

To secure your feature, your completed form must be received by the deadline provided. If the form is not submitted on time, we may not be able to include your work in that volume.

No. While She Shoots began with a focus on women behind the lens, it has grown into a global creative publication celebrating women across many forms of visual and artistic storytelling.

We feature photographers, models, artists, writers, makers, creative entrepreneurs, and other women bringing meaningful work into the world.

Release dates vary by volume, but you will receive email updates as your issue moves through the publication process.

Once your issue is live, we’ll send you the direct link to view, preview, and order your copy. Society members may receive early access before the public release.

Print copies are not automatically included with every feature unless stated in a specific submission call, giveaway, collaboration, or package.

Featured artists will receive access to view and order the issue once it is released.

Yes. Featured artists receive a digital Published Artist Badge via email after their issue is released.

For a limited time, physical Published Artist Badges may also be included with select print collections or qualifying orders while supplies last.

She Shoots is an independently produced publication, and each issue takes time, care, curation, editing, design, and production to bring to life.

Yes, if they are currently available in our shop. Older volumes may have limited quantities and may not always be restocked right away.

If an issue is not currently on hand, it may need to be ordered from our printing partner before it can be packed and shipped to you.
